The Streaming Giant Chooses Ideal Star for Bentham in One Piece Upcoming Installment

The streaming service revealed this week that the talented performer will appear in the One Piece upcoming season’s lineup and will portray Bon Clay. The performer, who is identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, will play a rendition of that figure re-envisioned as non-binary, instead of as a drag queen, in the real-life adaptation, as in the initial comic and cartoon version.
This performer joins a number of fresh additions set to bring Baroque Works to life, featuring leader Sir Crocodile, played by Joe Manganiello, Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek, and a familiar face, who also joins the lineup as the ruler of the fictional land.
